We work with people to tell their stories. We think that treating people with respect and dignity is the best way to get to the heart of an issue.
Although we often tackle complex and sensitive subjects, making them accessible doesn’t mean compromising the characters at the heart of the stories. The key for us is a collaborative approach based on mutual trust – we believe the best stories are told when people are inspired and enabled to tell them in their own words. We bring this approach to a range of genres, from education to documentary and it makes the film-making process inspiring and creative for everyone involved in it.
TALENT AND TRAINING
We’re extremely keen to help grow talent and nurture creativity, encouraging flexible working patterns and enabling people with good ideas to make the films that inspire them.
We work hard to develop the talents of everyone who works here, from trainee researchers to first-time directors. We believe that support is the way forward, and we make sure that everyone receives the training and help they need to realize their potential.
